Workshop on Organic Group Certification and cooperative establishment

On 20.01.2017 the next workshop held on Organic Group Certification and cooperative establishment within OASI funded Expansion of Organic Fruit Production Through Upgrading the Organic Orchard Management and Streamlining Horticulturist Farmers into Organic Agriculture Cooperative project. It was organised for the members of the first cooperative of organic fruit producers. 15 farmers attended the seminar. During the seminar Shen presented the features of the Internal Control System (ICS) for Group Certification: This system will enable small farmers to get certified as a group thus reducing the certification costs. Then the details of cooperative registration process have been discussed.
