New irrigation pipeline

On June 5, the delegation of Yalkezian Foundation visited Tsaghkashen community in Aragatsotn marz, where construction of a new irrigation pipeline is underway. It will make possible to cultivate 48 hectares of previously abandoned arable land. Receiving pipes from the benefactor the community carries out all construction works on its own expenses. The project that is about to complete on July 10 will allow more than 40 rural households cultivating potatoes and cabbage to significantly increase their incomes.
